Consistent quality, keeps me coming back
This was my third order from Bedgear, this time for a Flow Performance Pillow. I've bought sheets and a mattress protector before. Every time, the products have been consistently high quality. The Flow pillow is just as comfortable as the Night 2.0 I got last year. Shipping was faster this time, arriving in about 6 days, which was an improvement over my first order. Good pillow, long wait
I ordered the Storm Performance Pillow after reading reviews about it being good for side sleepers. The website was easy enough to navigate. I placed the order and got a confirmation email pretty quickly. Shipping, though, took a while; it was about 10 days before it even shipped, then another 5 days to reach Denver. When it arrived, the pillow itself felt well-made. I've used it for a week now and I do feel like I'm sleeping a bit cooler. It's firm but supportive. I had a question about washing it and used their online chat, which was helpful, but the wait to connect to an agent was about 15 minutes. Overall, happy with the pillow quality, but the delivery time and chat wait were a bit long.
Solid sheets, minor snag
I picked up a set of the Hyper-Cotton Sheets. They felt really nice right out of the package, very soft and cool. They definitely live up to the 'performance' claim for staying cool at night, which was a big plus for me as a hot sleeper. The fitted sheet went on easily and stayed put. My only small complaint was that one of the pillowcases had a loose thread near the hem right out of the bag; not a tear, just a thread that needed trimming. Overall, the quality for the price felt good, and they arrived in about a week.
